You will learn how to stimulate your lymph nodes and perform lymphatic drainage on your arms, wrists, and hands. You will also work on removing fluids from your abdomen and feel lighter after you finish with a gentle lymphatic massage of your legs.
In the movement part of this class, you will strengthen your core with both simple and complex movements that will increase balance, and improve stability.
